- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If this post was rating the way the employees treated me or the value of the services I received I would give them 4 stars plus. but in the end the reason I rate this Aspen Dental a one star is because they gave me the service they wanted, not the service I asked for or needed. I booked an appointment online and selected broken tooth as reason for the visit. I spoke with a representative on the phone and told her the reason for my visit. When I had my appointment I was given an exam an told about everything I need to have done, but my broken tooth wasn't fixed. It has a rough edge and is cutting my tongue as I type this. I was hoping that if it needed a crown the dentist would at least remove the rough edge. So I rate them a one star for not giving me the service I wanted and needed.March 27, 2017by Marc McClure
